Vytex® Natural Rubber Latex (NRL) comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, a renewable, ecologically positive source material.

Vystar Corporation scientists discovered a way to naturally create a better latex: Vytex NRL.

Vytex NRL is created at the latex processor level and is easily integrated into existing manufacturing infrastructures that have traditionally used Hevea NRL. Since the process to remove antigenic proteins occurs at the processor level, it has a minimal impact on raw material costs and may reduce the need for additional leaching for dipped products later in production. This can significantly reduce manufacturer water and energy consumption thus reducing their overall environmental impact.

Products made with Vytex NRL typically have 90% fewer proteins compared to non-Vytex NRL products.
